Managing a
Large-scale Hospitality Property: A Case Study of Las
Vegas: By analyzing the world’s top 10 hotels
located in Las Vegas, this course provides students with
an opportunity to learn how to manage large-scale
hospitality properties.
Launching a New Hotel/Restaurant:
Learn to
identify business ideas through a needs analysis, create
concepts, conduct marketing, and develop business plans
for a start-up. Case studies of actual Las Vegas
operations will be used to solidify understanding.
Path to Successful
Hotel Operations:Provides
an in-depth analysis of the major factors leading to
successful hotel operations, with primary focus on the
front desk and in housekeeping. Students will get
opportunities to meet real-life successful
practitioners.
Principles of Hotel

Provides thorough hands-on interactive training in hotel
services, along with the required supervisory and
communication skills to succeed in hospitality
operations.
Resort Management:
Provides the student with an understanding of how resort
properties are developed as tourist and business
destinations, emphasizing on the planning, development,
operations, design and special needs of such properties.
