Groups have a choice of 6 tracks. Each track offers a
number of one week long half day courses. A certificate
is awarded at the completion of training. Groups can
choose 1 course or more and mix and match across tracks
to meet their training needs. Courses are primarily
classroom learning integrated with hospitality tours,
site visits, job shadowing opportunities, and other
interactive activities in real-life settings. Since each
course is private, the timing can be customized.

Prior
experience in the hospitality industry is not a
pre-requisite, but attendees should have a basic
understanding of the industry and English proficiency. TISOH
can arrange for bi-lingual teaching, but must be advised
of this need during program development planning. |
