Vegas, this course provides students with an opportunity
to learn how to manage large-scale hospitality

and Sales:
An overview of hospitality marketing functions with a
primary focus on marketing programs and their role in
the management of successful hospitality organizations.
Launching
a New Hotel/Restaurant:
Learn to identify business ideas through a needs
analysis, create concepts, conduct marketing, and
develop business plans for a start-up. Case studies of
actual Las Vegas operations will be used to solidify
